Through its partnership with NFDC Film Bazaar in Goa, India IFP is pleased to extend a fellowship to a current IFP member with a narrative feature film project in development. Filmmakers and/or producers with South Asian stories seeking co-production partners are eligible for this program and will need to send a resume and one-page letter of interest in mid-October.
Taking place November 24-27, 2011 IFP’s representative will attend The Film Bazaar Co-Production Market, designed to bring together film professionals in order to encourage opportunities for international co-production and to contribute actively to the dynamism of the South Asian film industry. This four-day event provides delegates with the opportunity to meet, formally and informally with international producers, sales agents, distributors as well as broadcasting and funding representatives active in the field of co-production. The agenda is to draw a variety of industry professionals from across the globe who are looking for international collaborations and good business contacts.
The fellowship covers the cost of five nights hotel and all accreditation costs; airfare is to be covered by the individual filmmaker or producer attending.
