Exquisite Corpse
A 1920’s Surrealist writing game, Exquisite Corpse aims to breathe life and some spontaneity into our writing. As an audience, we created a script to be later read aloud by our esteemed panel: Jonathan Ames, Creator of “Bored to Death”, Henry Bean, writer/director “The Believer” and Jen Statsky, writer for “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”
The audience didn’t know this, but we started with the script for Alfred Hitchcock’s “Psycho”,
written by Joseph Stefano. But, we stripped out all the dialogue, and left only the action lines.
Download the script that the audience created here.
