IFP and Power to the Pixel’s first annual Cross-Media ForumNYC is the place to connect to the leading thinkers, practitioners and innovators who develop new business and creative opportunities for film, media, and new technologies.

With projects traversing many platforms to further engage their audiences – in all the venues they consume media – IFP and Power to the Pixel present the Cross Media Forum NYC to help illuminate these expanded opportunities to develop, create, and fund cross-media projects.

Cross-Media Forum NYC is a day-long gathering, presenting conversations with leaders in transmedia storytelling, cross-media project presentations, as well as numerous networking opportunities allowing content creators and funders to directly connect.

Transmedia storytelling guru, whose collaborations include work on James Cameron’s Avatar, Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean, Microsoft’s Halo, Hasbro’s Transformers and Coca-Cola’s Happiness Factory.

“Truth, Lies and Storytelling” – One of Advertising Age’s top 10 creative directors in the business, Montague recently launched Co:, a brand  story-led innovation collective focused on future-facing marketing ideas to create meaningful connections with consumers.

Transmedia History,  Future Audiences, Extending Your Story into the Transmedia Realm, Financing for Cross-Media Projects, and Case Studies of Lance Weiler’s “Pandemic / HiM”; NFB Canada’s Interactive Documentaries, Adam Sigel’s “Afterworld” and Nina Bargiel  on MTV’s “Valemont.”

Project Presentations

Producers and storytellers with cross-media projects spanning a combination of film, TV, online, mobile, gaming, and live events pitch to industry leaders who can, in turn, help develop, finance or support their work– and take their projects to the next level.
