This unique documentary has wowed audiences at festivals around the world, and last month was released on television & in theaters by CNN Films and Cinedigm, respectively. We explore how this model is working, the construction of the film, and the place of an archival history piece in the new wave of documentary with the filmmakers and their distribution partners.
